Refunds and cancellation

The free trial

The first 14 days are free, and nothing is asked for to begin. When the trial ends nothing is charged: after 7 more days the shop is paused — it can still be opened and read — until a plan is paid for.

Paying for a plan

Plans are paid in advance, by UPI from inside DukanData, for one, three or six months or a year. We confirm each payment by hand — usually the same working day — and the plan starts, or runs on, the moment it is confirmed.

Cancelling

Stop whenever you like: do not pay for the next period, and the plan ends when the period already paid for does. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay for stopping. The shop's data is kept for 90 days after that, so you can come back or take a copy.

Refunds

We refund in full:

• a payment made twice for the same period, or more than the price asked — the part that was extra;
• a payment we could not turn into your plan;
• when we close an account through no fault of its own — the unused part of the period, day for day.

Otherwise a period that has begun is not refunded. A refund goes back by UPI to the account the payment came from, within 7 working days of our agreeing to it.

How to ask

Write to us with the UPI reference number (UTR), the date and the amount. If the answer does not satisfy you, write to our grievance officer.
