The Android app, and the same app in any phone's browser — what it does, how to get it, and what happens with no signal.
What it is
The shop in your pocket. The phone app shows the day's sales, profit, purchases and expenses the moment it opens, and does the work a person does away from the counter: a bill at a customer's door, a purchase at the wholesaler, an expense where the money was handed over, the stock checked while walking the shelf.
It is the same shop as the one on the computer — the same items, prices, customers and bill numbers. Nothing is kept twice.
Getting it
On an Android phone: open your shop in the phone's browser, sign in, and choose Help → Phone App → Download. Android asks once whether to allow the install. The app tells you when a newer one is ready (More → Download Update).
On an iPhone, or without installing anything: open your shop in the browser and choose Help → Phone App. It opens as a page, and "Add to Home Screen" puts it beside your other apps.
Sign in with your own mobile number and password — the same ones as on the computer.
What it does
- Home: today's sales, profit, collections, purchases and expenses; yesterday, seven days and the month one tap away.
- Bills: scan a pack with the phone's camera, or search by name; take cash, UPI or credit. The scanner is on every screen.
- Purchases: enter a supplier's bill as the goods arrive, scanning each pack.
- Items and stock: what is on the shelf and what it is worth; a new item made by scanning its barcode.
- Customers and dues: who owes what, with a call or a WhatsApp reminder one tap away.
- Estimates and purchase orders: made on the phone and sent on WhatsApp before you leave the customer's door or the shelf.
- Expenses and the day end: an expense entered where it was paid; the drawer counted and the day closed.
- Reports: every register, summary and statement your login may open at the computer.
With no signal
The app keeps the shop's items, prices and customers on the phone. A bill, a purchase, an expense or an estimate made with no signal waits on the phone and goes to the shop by itself when the signal is back — once, however many times it has to try. The corner of the screen says what is waiting.
Who sees what
Each person signs in as themselves. What they can open and do on the phone is what their role allows at the computer: a salesperson who cannot see cost does not see it on the phone either. A lost phone is signed out from the computer (My Profile → Phones).
