A barcode turns billing from typing into pointing. DukanData bills by scan, and prints the barcodes your stock does not have.
Scanning at the counter
- Works with any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types what it reads — no driver, no setup.
- Scan a pack: the line is on the bill. Scan it again: the quantity goes up by one.
- A code the shop does not know is said at once, so a wrong scan never becomes a wrong line.
- An item can carry more than one barcode — the maker's and your own.
Your own labels
Half of a shop's stock has no barcode: loose goods you pack, garments, gifts. DukanData gives an item its own code and prints the labels:
- label sizes set up for your printer and your sticker roll,
- the name, the price and the barcode on each,
- as many as arrived on the purchase.

Beyond the bill
- Purchases: scan the pack on the new-item screen and its barcode is filled in.
- Price check: scan an item to see its rate and what is left.
- Stock count: count a shelf, type what is there, and post the difference.
Fast, and correct
A scan picks the right item with its MRP, its GST rate and its HSN. The bill cannot go above MRP or below cost, and the cashier's discount stops at their limit.
