Customers lose paper bills. They do not lose WhatsApp. DukanData sends each bill to the customer's phone from your shop's own number, without anybody at the counter doing anything.
Your number, not ours
Scan a QR code once from the shop's phone — as you would for WhatsApp Web — and DukanData sends from that number. The customer sees your shop's name. You can unlink it at any time.
What goes out
- Every bill, as a PDF slip, the moment it is saved — to the number on the bill, with a line of your own above it.
- A reminder of dues, when you press Send on a customer who owes.
- The day-end report to the owner when the day is closed: sales, cash and UPI collected, dues collected, expenses, who billed how much, what was bought.
- A week's and a month's report, with a PDF.
What does not go out
No advertising, unless you write it and send it. A customer gets their bill, and a reminder only when you ask for one.
Approvals from anywhere
A cashier wants to give a discount past their limit and the manager is at the bank. DukanData messages the manager; they reply OK with the code, and the till goes ahead.
Privacy
Messages go only to numbers your shop entered. DukanData does not read or keep what your customers write back to you.
