Plans, paying by UPI and what happens if you stop

The free trial

Every new shop has 14 days free, with everything in them. Nothing is asked for to begin, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.

Choosing a plan

Settings → Plan shows the plans and what each holds. Pick one, and a period: a month, three months, six, or a year (the year costs less).

Paying

1. The screen shows a UPI QR code with the amount and your shop's reference.
2. Pay it from any UPI app.
3. Type the UTR (the 12-digit reference in your UPI app) and press Send.

A person at DukanData confirms the payment — usually the same working day — and the plan starts, or runs on. The receipt reaches your WhatsApp, and is under Plan → History.

Receipts and GST invoices

A receipt for every payment. Where DukanData is GST-registered, it is a tax invoice with the GST shown.

If a payment is late

When the paid period ends, the shop carries on for 7 days while reminders go out on WhatsApp. After that the shop is paused: every screen opens and can be read, every report runs, but nothing new is written until a payment is confirmed. Bills a counter PC made meanwhile still reach the shop.

Stopping

Do not pay for the next period, and the plan ends when the paid period does. Your data is kept for 90 days after that. See the refunds and cancellation policy.
